    The good thingsThe working jobscope not too heavy and the management are very talkative and easy going. Every job tasks can be settled on time whenever you understand what's the demand of employer, customer or supplier and company will give rewards whenever you perform thru various ways of celebration. Importantly, keep on communicate by asking questions and inform the senior the problems or suggestions that can be improved by the company. As all of the colleagues are ready to help others as they realize the importance of team work. Effective results comes from efficient progress.
    The challengesThe standard of procedure still not clear and the work will be pending if either side not performing the punctual submission to the authority. The request for customer's satisfaction must be fulfilled in order to keep their loyalty. Thus, efficient employee must understand to help others by helping themselves first settling their own part, not just waiting others to settle it. The challenges to learn new things must be accepted, don't just stick on one task only.
