    The worse company I have ever worked in my entire life. Everything is cut off by management.
    The good thingsNothing good. It is the worse company in terms of benefits. No benefits for professionals qualification. They should not mention any professional qualification in their hiring requirements since they cannot afford to pay the membership.
    The challengesStaff benefits are being cut off. No annual dinner or staff activities. Do not expect high bonus and increments in this company.

    The challengesServicing for SG market is stressful. Management has high expectations on employees, KPI is hard to hit, competitive environment and must be able to keep up with a lot of updates and changes within the organization (eg: new offers every week and must be able to explain to customers, new KPI to hit, new rules being introduced) Aside from the stressful environment, everything is great. They pay you more to compensate the stressful environment.

    The good thingsGood environment and fill up with talented colleague from various industrial background which tend to help in career growth. the culture which allow employee to speak up openly which bring to new level of communication and discussion for better argument and transparency.
    The challengeslocation and language different is the key factor for such challenging as the co-located counterpart might received information or message differently.
