    The good thingsGood Experience for long term. Company friendly, bonuses and increments yearly. Discussion and meeting frequent, just need to joined along the flow.
    The challengesExpress yourself and need to find solution for things but its a good way to learned something instead of people spoon feed.

    not suitable for experienced, but yes for fresh grads
    The good thingsexplored digital stuff and learned to be independent and resourceful.
    The challengeswork alone no matter team big or small. a lot of politics even small dept. sidelined by team. no one will help. no onboarding or handover. things alwys change. long working hrs. too much works on 1 person. super high turnover - ppl leave every 1-2 week.

    Friendly yet Micromanagement
    The good thingsEmployer/ Interviewer are friendly and give result in short period of time (Maybe because they are urgent or very lack in manpower)
    The challengesDue to very small size of team (4 people including director and VP), they may unintentionally inflict micromanagement. and they consider selangor to KL not count as outstation, just so that you cant claim for mileage and tolls.

    The good thingsThe environment is good, less politic, a lot of company event that can build strong relationship with each other and employees able to work many year didn't left.
    The challengesA lot of employees who work for many years afraid of changes, and ignore new comment and advise , they like to fixed to old thing which a lot already not applicable to use, no job rotation, one person sit in same position many years.

    The challengesKPI set is slightly unrealistic to me and pressure given by superior as well. turnover rate for the company seems pretty high as well.

    The good thingsManagement, Colleagues are the best i've ever had. They made the office feels like home. I had fun everyday working day. I've learned a lot of things by working here.
    The challengesIt's a little stressful with number of calls divided to a small call center team but it's manageable. Other than that, there's not much to stress of. The place is great!

    The good things1. Exposure of the industry is good. You get to attend to a lot of workshops.
    The challenges1. Be prepared to work for long hours even during weekends. 2. Commission can only be claimable if you hit your target. 3. Manager is very demanding and do not understand the coworkers. 4. High turnover rate for outdoor sales as what mentioned during interview can be changed based on manager's mood. Think properly before coming in to work.

    The good thingsThe staff and surrounding were really great. They are really supportive and willing to share knowledge with new staff. Surrounding was conducive as we have own pantry for breakfast and lunch where staff from different department can gather and know each other more.
    The challengesIf can increase the salary will be even better to staff.
