    The good things- Low office politics - Lovely, great and helpful colleague - Enjoyable, relax office environment and facilities - Reward points system for item claiming
    The challenges- Low career development opportunity - Lower salary rate compared to market rate - Confusing working flow and unnecessary SOPs - Ambitious company but average capability - Lag of support/advice while need assistance - Low experience management level

    The challenges- Poor management - No annual 1-on-1 performance review for appraisal - No work-life balance - Over low cost for employees travel cost - No optical or dental benefit - Small work desk - Toilet shared between both genders and limited toilet bowls - Micro managing - Lack of trust in employees doing their work / working hours

    Good for long term and gain experience
    The good thingsGood Experience for long term. Company friendly, bonuses and increments yearly. Discussion and meeting frequent, just need to joined along the flow.
    The challengesExpress yourself and need to find solution for things but its a good way to learned something instead of people spoon feed.

    not suitable for experienced, but yes for fresh grads
    The good thingsexplored digital stuff and learned to be independent and resourceful.
    The challengeswork alone no matter team big or small. a lot of politics even small dept. sidelined by team. no one will help. no onboarding or handover. things alwys change. long working hrs. too much works on 1 person. super high turnover - ppl leave every 1-2 week.

    The good thingsThe staff and surrounding were really great. They are really supportive and willing to share knowledge with new staff. Surrounding was conducive as we have own pantry for breakfast and lunch where staff from different department can gather and know each other more.
    The challengesIf can increase the salary will be even better to staff.
