    The good thingsPengurusan tinggi banyak bagi peluang kepada pekerja yang tak bekerja lama. Patutnya staff bersyukur. Tiada micromanagement pun. Kita diberikan kebebasan untuk selesaikan kerja masing2.
    The challengesSaya tak sure kenapa banyak cakap ada micromanagement. Masa saya kerja, seorang sahaja yang bermasalah dan toxic. Bunyi macam orang sama yang berulang kali post komen negatif di sini. Macam ada dendam saja dgn company.

    The challengesOffice facilities are all outworn and software system is outdated. Messy work structure. Obsolete office equipments with non-functioning chair, half-functioning computers, run-down system and constant server down. Cleanliness very bad, management not willing to spend on weekly cleaning services. Office environment doesnt reflect a Sdn.Bhd company status. Toxic work culture - demoralized employee

    The challengesEntire management is very unprofessional. Very low work ethics and morale. Disorganized work structures. Decisions made by top management based on emotion, constant changes in decision/actions on mostly arising issues. No clear guidelines and SOP. Turnover rate is worrying - every 2 weeks multiple resignation & multiple new hiring.
