The current team in various capacities has hands on experience in valuation, real estate agency, market research, project feasibility, property, facility and centre management, investment as well as retail development consultancy.ExaStrata Solutions Sdn Bhd is registered with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BoVEAP) under the purview of the Ministry of Finance of Malaysia.The Firm's shareholders are members of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM), Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyor (RICS), Association of Private Valuers, Property Managers and Estate Agents (PEPS) and Malaysian Institute of Professional Property Managers (MIPPM).The Firm regularly conducts public training recognised by BoVEA, RISM, MIPPM, Kementerian Perumahan dan Kerajaan Tempatan (KPKT) and Institute Penilaian Negara (INSPEN) on Property Management and Joint Management Body/Management Corporation matters.

The challengesSaya tak sure kenapa banyak cakap ada micromanagement. Masa saya kerja, seorang sahaja yang bermasalah dan toxic. Bunyi macam orang sama yang berulang kali post komen negatif di sini. Macam ada dendam saja dgn company.
