A friendly and supportive workplace where you are valued, heard, and given the opportunity to grow
The good thingsWorking at ExcelVite has been a positive experience. The culture is friendly and collaborative — colleagues are approachable and the team spirit is strong. Management stands out for being genuinely open to suggestions and willing to listen, making it easy to contribute without feeling dismissed. Superiors are supportive in developing their people, guiding and training those who are keen to grow. The company also practises good talent management, with openness to placing employees in roles that match their strengths and interests.
The challengesThe work environment can be fast-paced at times, so being proactive and a willingness to learn helps. That said, the supporting culture from colleagues and the management to guide along the way makes the learning curve easier to navigate.

    Friendly environment
The good thingsDepartment Manager would defend her own department and its team. Discourage to work long hours which is good and could've a work life balance.
The challengesHave to take care of more than one process which is inefficient, couldn't focus on process improvement and development. In other words, one salary to do two roles' job. Not to mention the technology is kinda out-dated.

A good start for first job and career advancement
The good things1. The manager and section head always supportive. They willing to learn everything. 2. Good working experience. Here, have a lot of things to learn, etc process handling, planning, cost saving, human management, report writing, and problem solving. 3. Very friendly coworkers and operator. You will not feel lonely working here. 4. Of course, the salary. Since the company located in Perak, the salary is ok for me.
The challengesIf your document job is good enough, there shouldn't be any problem.

    Land of independence!
The good thingsMinimum supervision, you can do whatever you like according to your schedule as long as you get things done by the end of the day.
The challengesNo knowledge handover, have to be extremely independent in problem solving because no help will come to you.

    Challenging
The good thingsManager are knowledgeable, friendly, serious and willing to share expertise. Most importantly, able to relate my knowledge on biotechnology, instrumentation and basic chemistry into real application producing commercial plant phytonutrients which beneficial to the pharmaceutical field.
The challengesEmployees are well-cooperate in carrying out respective tasks. Recommend for improvement - more transparent working environment, automation to reduce samples analysis time, more lean system especially in info delivery and data recording
