Work Life Valance, Good Colleague, High MentalityThe good thingsThe company culture and environment is superb, your idea and opinion can be accepted. Most of employee is very intelligent, independent and have high standard of mentality. Rarely have toxic employee. A lot of outside work activity, a lot of sports competition, have island trip provided (need to pay our self with company discount rate) and a lot of collaboration can be initiated between other teams. The technology are up to date and we able to learn it with given training by specific vendors.
The challengesMost of colleague is very intelligent and competitive, you need to keep yourself up to date otherwise you will be obsolete.
Medical Benefit not really good and salary is average but still OK.
