    The good thingsImpressive with its creativity and innovation of technology and designs. Learnt a lot from the management and expert in mechanical engineering. Managed to developed many innovative parts and impressive with the experts in the company. Many research studies to learn from.
    The challengesWork on tight timeline and demanding environment with intelligent engineers. Hard work will pay off. Laziness will just complaint.

    The good thingsWide range of business opportunity to have good grip in the industry. Seasoned and innovative industry player. Got to work on many project and different area of responsibility. Experience warm culture with close relationship among workers and bosses.
    The challengesCompetition among new staff with very steep mind set of not looking at the positive side of the company. New staff must understand the company culture and once understand to work, they will be happy like us. more than 10 years working in this company.

    Good training ground
    The good thingsMany loyal staff that have been there for than 10 years. Reason to the loyalty was the care and close culture of the management. Company willing to pay for good people and long timers. A good place for great experience for staff to learn and hands on work. Hardworking staff will not complaint, but lazy staff will complaint much. Good company to grow and cultivate good qualities to employees that are willing to learn. Thank you for the opportunity.
    The challengesHigh pay comes with a price. Longer committed hours in work than usual 9am - 6pm work. Challenge of having to multi-tasks with short notice most time. Something can be avoided.

    The challengesOutdoor event and done by own internal staff was quite hursh for office staff.. hopefully can get event crew to do the necessary jobs.

    The good thingsTraveling to overseas to meet various kind of people who involved in motorcycle parts engineer. Can involved in motorcycle engine racing parts research and development. Work together with engine builder from Indonesia. Involved in motorcycle Asia race. Good appearance in company uniform and ID and environment.
    The challengesChallenging work task from superior. Short date line for each work tasks that might need to be done in last minute. Uncomfortable company policy which may cause invisible stress for employee such as daily report to describe what have done at that day, then daily time sheet report to record time in time out and reason and location every time you punch out. Might need to be travel a lot.
