    The good thingsThe product is interesting and challenges the engineer’s mind. Exposure to customers and production. Provides a company car. Most of the colleagues are easy to work with.
    The challengesThe Japanese management decides everything. HR department is not capable. Poor increment and salary. No career growth. No yearly performance evaluation. Limited training. Poor working environment in the office. Zero fun.
