    Openness Creates Uniqueness
    The good things1. The company continuously engage the employees for suggestions and improvements. 2. There are less hierarchy compared with actual corporate workforce structure. 3. The company cares for the employees by way of simple birthday celebration of each employee every month, replenish plenty of food & beverages at the pantry, sports activity and also organizes get-together party/ dinner amongst the employees. 4. Everyone has the opportunity to learn and contribute to the company's success.
    The challenges1. Working on tight deadline can be stressful sometimes. 2. It is a fast pace environment where competitions are high and the need to constantly think out of the box in order to out-beat the rest.
