    The good thingscan learn something new experience..can develop the skill and achieve gold..
    The challengesthe site and tower was very high and very challenging.. imagine you're at high top of tower crane to do services and maintenance the tower crane..and the sometime the tower crane was breakdown and we need to fix it back to deliver at customer to continue the work smoothly..
