    The challengesstay away from office politic. no teamwork whatsoever, everyone just wanted to safe their own neck. majority of the old timer are lazy to implement new development/improvement, lazy to learn/to do new thing & very selfish. they tend to stick with their own primitive mindset.

    Assist Electrical Engineer on Designing Wiring Diagram before proceed on production department
    The good thingsI experienced a very nice environmental surrounding of engineers and I learned so much experience and able to apply what I learn in college. Each of the task/assignment were very challenging and I successfully did that with all my knowledge on this engineering field.
    The challengesEverything were nice and very good surrounding. However the facilities for Muslim Pray is far from the office and need to walk at least 200 meter

    The challengesPoor career development. Poor yearly increment for non-exec. Drafter need to brainstorm idea for engineer and they take our idea as their idea and if something wrong, drafter is the one who to be blame.

    The good thingsIt is good for young man or fresh graduate who like to take challenges and learning something new. Salary consider quite high in Seremban area. Nice superior which willing to teach you and guide you.
    The challengesOverloaded job, feel stressful when everything is so urgent. Most of the procedure usually is done by manually, so it is not very organised. Quite challenging for those without technical knowledge. The interaction with colleagues - some of them is nice, but somes are not.

    Great Company for fresh graduate!
    The good thingsLearning Opportunities giving by Top Management together with high salary scheme. For fresh graduate, I believe these two criteria are attractive. Plus, I was surrounded by friendly colleagues in mine department.
