    The challengesWorkload and responsibility levels can be challenging at times, especially when multiple sites or priority incidents overlap with limited manpower. Role boundaries are not always clearly defined, which can lead to additional tasks being assigned beyond scope. While processes exist, documentation and communication between global, regional, and onsite teams could be more consistent to reduce delays and repeated follow‑ups. Greater manpower planning, clearer escalation ownership, and more structured knowledge sharing would improve operational efficiency and employee experience.

    The good thingsvery stable company, and the very reason good ppl left as well as it translates as not much opportunity for promotion as the higher ups enjoy the stability and dont want to move to higher levels as it is not in their comfort zone.
    The challengesevery year the kpi increase to a standard only machine can achieve, hence, most of the time, regardless how good you're, you are not ood enough based on those kpi, you can be the best sales person in the department and yet because one other criteria is not up to par, you get the story here...
