    A mixed experience with a supportive team but challenges in management and unclear direction.
    The good thingsI’ve really enjoyed working with my colleagues — everyone is friendly and supportive, and we’re always willing to help each other out when needed. It creates a very positive and comfortable working environment. Also, the company provides parking, which is really convenient and makes daily commuting much easier.
    The challengesManagement could be improved. It feels a bit distant and not very approachable and sometimes blames the wrong person without fully understanding the situation. Direction isn’t always clear, so it can be hard to know priorities or what’s expected. Product knowledge at both GM and manager level could be stronger as well. For manager — lacking product knowledge and always pushing responsibility instead of taking ownership.

    The good thingsNice immediate superior. Can participate in many different aspects of work, not only limited to own fields/ scopes. Lots of things to explore.
    The challengesBasic Staff Benefits; super little Annual Leave. The annual increment percentage is low. No new development/ items to explore in recent years. Less manpower/ colleagues.

    Not a good company. Blame each other if things going wrong.
    The good thingsNone at all Not support from HQ to warehouse. Expected 1 person doing 3 peoples job Computer only given 1 month after staff join the company

    The good thingsSmall workforce, huge retail floor and it was nicely laid out ! A one-stop Electrical and healthcare appliances all available under one roof ! Best employer, who often rewards us ! Stock management from both ends were superb ! Products quality were tip-top and best value in the market !
    The challengesLack of staff to handle technical issues, Lack of experience is sharing product knowledge to customers, especially Healthcare products . After sales service to be followed up by staff, which can be quite tricky as it involves installations for some appliances.
