A mixed experience with a supportive team but challenges in management and unclear direction.
The good thingsI’ve really enjoyed working with my colleagues — everyone is friendly and supportive, and we’re always willing to help each other out when needed. It creates a very positive and comfortable working environment. Also, the company provides parking, which is really convenient and makes daily commuting much easier.
The challengesManagement could be improved. It feels a bit distant and not very approachable and sometimes blames the wrong person without fully understanding the situation. Direction isn’t always clear, so it can be hard to know priorities or what’s expected. Product knowledge at both GM and manager level could be stronger as well.
