    Pressure makes diamond.
The good thingsGood facilities, state of art technology and oppoturnity to explore and expand skills and career. Lots of good inspiring people.
The challengesStressful and can easily burnout if not managed properly. Need good IQ and emotional control to deal with difficult situations. Overworked, understaffed and underpaid is normalized.

Production lack discipline. A lot of procedure but none followed.
    The good thingsBenefits and flexibility.
The challenges1.Preventive maintenance not done for SMT . only sticker applied and production continued 2.Basic coating process not followed—jig not cleaned, thickness not checked, material not purged, and nozzles not soaked in solvent. Weekly customer complain

    High salary comes with price
The good thingsNothing much except the salary.
The challengesThe culture to work not healthy. The system make job become more complicated. Management only want result without helping worker. HR lost from radar. The relationship between department bad, everyone play revenge but not work in a team. Everyone want to save their own head. Production SV always inappropriate things.

    High expectation and competitive
The good thingsPlenty of projects you can learn to build careers. My advise, if you can handle politics well, then you good to work here since salary is high.
The challengesHigh expectation and but lack of resources. Bad interdepartment relationship, bad mouth workers and bad boss make simple task become difficult. Being competitive is good as long not promote selfisness and fingerpointing even in same project. Need to work extra 3 hours only can claim OT.

The challengesFinger pointing culture. Meeting should focus on solving problems. Same project but no unity.

The good thingsGreat facilities provided in the building
The challengesOperator want easy job but high pay. Some local operators have lack discipline, dont like being instructed and lack manner in work. Please balance local and foreign operators so local will feel challenged and improve their work attitude.

Study which project you'll be assigned
The good thingsNothing much except the salary.
The challengesManagement like to shoot if target not achieved and local operators want easy job but want lot money, always complain. There's group operator will buli other operator they dont like until they leave company. Supervisor always back this group operator. Foreign operators more discipline, no politics and highly commited with work.

Strong politics and buli in production
The good thingsThere's ATM in the bulding and cafe sells plenty of food during breakfast and lunch
The challengesHard to manage operators especially when they dont like fast paced and only do their job if their supervisor in the line. Some people here like to gossip, spread news so to not like other individual.

    UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGERS
The good thingsFree parking is perhaps is the only good thing
The challengesManagers are lousy, especially the one In Customer Program " Navin KS", unprofessional and lousy. Perhaps would recommend managers as such to go for " How to be professional in order to be respected" classes/trainings

    Great
The good thingsData driven organization. Every solution of problem will start with data analysis first. Good for new engineers to develop themselves. A lot of things to learn and management will not halt your desire to grow in the company and very open and supportive with new ideas and improvement.
The challengesFast pace environment so a little bit stressful, they are continuously looking for improvement to keep up with the competition with other company. A bit challenging to manage your time and people working under you, but if you can manage that, then you will turn out great.
