    Production lack discipline. A lot of procedure but none followed.
    The good thingsBenefits and flexibility.
    The challenges1.Preventive maintenance not done for SMT . only sticker applied and production continued 2.Basic coating process not followed—jig not cleaned, thickness not checked, material not purged, and nozzles not soaked in solvent. Weekly customer complain
