Friendly Working Culture + Insightful Working Experience
The good thingsOne of the best things that I enjoyed interning with this company is the working environment as well as the culture in which everyone adopts in the workplace. Although I was a HR intern, I'd always get the opportunity to work with colleagues from other departments to work towards the company's corporate vision. Throughout this process, I had a wonderful set of supervisors that were always there for me since my first day at work.
The challengesOne of the obstacles working for this company is the juggling the amount of different work natures at the same time. Hence, if you are not a multitasker, now is the time to take up that habit. One of the things this company can do to enrich the working experience is to organise monthly casual dinners so that employees, old and new, can get along much closely to ensure that when they are at work, they could use their harmonised relationships to get things done more effectively.

It is a great experience that would teach the candidate a lot of things.
The good thingsGood leadership at the company They care about their staff They don't play the blame game, they teach you how to solve the problem They encourage the candidate to take personal responsibility They have great work ethics It is a tough environment to work at but if you are good, this is the place for you.
The challengesYou need to be very good at planning, and executing plans relevant to the company's objectives and personal goals. Your career development is slow, but the knowledge you will acquire makes up for it. You are expected to be motivated and think be a problem solver.

    Working at Flexiroam
The good thingsThis is the best place to be if you are starting new in your career as this will give you a hands-on experience of everything. With so many people from different nationalities, it will feel like a joy ride.
The challengesIf you are looking for a temporary opportunity as in internships or contract employment for a year then this opportunity is great but not for a long-term solution as the pay scale is one of the lowest I have ever seen. Employee benefits are almost zero along with no commission rule & increment with promotion doesnt happen.

So far so good. Always looking forward every morning to go to work.
The good thingsGood working environment, great colleagues, flexible working works, fun activities and free snacks always. The supervisors are helpful, and everyone works as a team to achieve outstanding results. There are a lot of fun activities such as futsal, and departmental lunches. The environment is very friendly, and you can build quick friendships. It's the best place to work ever.......................................................
The challengesSometimes, there's either no work or too much but either way, it's a great place to work at. Career opportunities are scares and too many ad hoc activities that might not align with your job description. There are not many negative things to say about Flexiroam, because the place is such a great place to work every day.....................

    Internship in a global platform
The good thingsIt was like interning globally from my own country. I get to work and learn from employees from around the globe and it help me widen my perspective.
The challengesBeing a global platform, communication could sometimes take some time to get used to but once you are at it, experiences and cultures from around the work are all within reach

    F.U.N and Productive Atmosphere
The good thingsMy supervisor truly understood our strengths and weaknesses, he gave realistic objectives to be achieved by everyone. He could motivate us very well, he never stopped inspiring everyone to ensure fully productive and conducive working conditions. Additionally, the working atmosphere is one of the main reasons for most employees to work in Flexiroam, it is fun, friendly and warmth as each employee motivated each other as well.
The challengesThe atmosphere of Flexiroam might not be familiar to most starters at first, because it was quite flexible, but once most employees adapted to these working conditions and employees' traits, it would be very enjoyable.

Great opportunities to improve your skills
The good thingsThe people here are always cheerful and fun. Whenever there is a problem we will work it out together like a family. I enjoy the monthly outings we have and also how everyone of us treat each other fairly. There is no such thing as boss and employee, if we made a mistake we are never scolded but we are encourage to improve ourselves even more!
The challengesThere wasn't a target or goal that the company wants to hit and their planning is always last minute changes but eventually they had sorted out the problem for this year. Now everything is going as planned and we have a fix goal to reach!

    Great culture and development
The good thingsI was an intern for three months and I learn a lot from everyone in the company that advocates learning and treating everyone equally. It's the best experience for someone without any experience and I feel that what I learn was a big stepping stone for my career in the future. I learn more than what I should learn and what I could learn from other company. In summary, good people and good value.
The challengesThe challenges were good challenges since it was a small company, there's the typical challenges by a small company such as convincing clients and getting brand recognition. Also, being a young company, the management and objectives are ever-changing, hence there's sometimes task ambiguity and workload issue.

The challengesAny start-up could pass by difficult time. The only challenges faced were minor challenges.
