    Intern

Very enjoyable. However, due to my contract being only 6 months as an intern, it was short-lived. Would be great if I can be back as a full-time.
The good thingsThe environment is enjoyable. There is still respect between colleagues, but the way of conversing can be as close as good friends. Work-Life balance is good.
The challengesCan be challenging when dealing with some crews who are not willing to cooperate. During my time, there was a little lack of manpower in the department. Therefore, it is hard to juggle the workload, but it can be done.

I enjoy working for this company. I do believe that this company values the employee. There needs to be a commitment to the employees families as well as an understanding that the work life and home life must have balance
The good thingsTravel Opportunities, One of the biggest rewards is that this is a dynamic industry, and it’s pretty fast-paced. Things happen quickly. It’s also highly competitive. You know you’re part of a bigger picture. It’s never boring.
The challengesManaging credit card fraud is an ongoing process for airlines, and keeping a tab on fraudulent transactions coming in via travel agencies remains a critical issue. As airlines put smarter tools in place to detect fraud, fraudsters also get smarter; they move from one channel to another until they find the “unprotected front”.
