What’s it like working at FlyFirefly?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees at FlyFirefly appreciate the enjoyable work environment and strong sense of teamwork, with colleagues supporting each other like a family. The travel opportunities offered by the airline company are a major perk, and employees value the support from management and the ability to communicate with them easily. The company is also noted for offering a high basic salary and ticket benefits.

However, there are some potential challenges, such as demanding workloads in certain roles, concerns about insufficient staffing levels in some departments, the tiring nature of shift work common in the airline industry, and a long wait for job upgrades and increments, which may impact career progression opportunities.

Very enjoyable. However, due to my contract being only 6 months as an intern, it was short-lived. Would be great if I can be back as a full-time.
The good thingsThe environment is enjoyable. There is still respect between colleagues, but the way of conversing can be as close as good friends. Work-Life balance is good.
The challengesCan be challenging when dealing with some crews who are not willing to cooperate. During my time, there was a little lack of manpower in the department. Therefore, it is hard to juggle the workload, but it can be done.
