Expensive ExperienceThe good thingsFirst of all, it’s my first time working in sales and marketing role. As a sales assistant, there were lot of the information and the products that company offer that I need to learn, and somehow I did it well. After I learn about the business area, the products and service that company offer to the customers, I learned how to attract the customers and persuaded them to buy companies products.
The challengesThe challenges when working at this company I need to learn something new which I had no experience and knowledge about it before. However, the coworkers and the manager are willingly to help and teach me till I able to have my own customers from my sales. The products are not always been purchased by the customers, thus company need always find new customers and retain the loyal customers by doing good after service and sales.
