great place to gain experience in CS, you are able to push for quite a good sale but it's not great when you are required to to managerial stuff. No benefits in terms of medical coverage and not even a pantry for staff to take a breather in. huge company yet no space for staff to take 5 especially with a 12 hour shiftThe good thingsA great place to start working for fresh graduate even without any optical background as management provides training as well as helpful staff teaching the ways of work and sales. the optical industry is growing exponentially so we constantly trained and are updated on the latest products
The challengesLong working hours. The shop i worked in didnt specify break times so we are stuck in the shop most of the time because lack of manpower. obvious favoritism yet still preach "we are family" when issues arose.
