What’s it like working at Food Forest Farm?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees at Food Forest Farm appreciate the friendly and helpful foreign workers, good teamwork, and easy communication. The company provides opportunities to learn new skills and knowledge, particularly about new agriculture products and the permaculture/soilless production process. The great working environment, including the natural surroundings, is also a positive aspect. Additionally, the energetic and optimistic employers provide valuable guidance, ensuring good working performance, which is beneficial for fresh graduates.

However, there are some potential challenges, such as the farm's location being quite far from the nearest city, and the long distance between the office and farm, which can make transportation and mobility difficult. Meeting deadlines for farm production can also be demanding, as produce needs to be delivered every day. Furthermore, there is an opportunity to improve the accommodation for local staff at the farm, particularly in terms of security and a friendly environment.
