Great Place to Start With, and Clear Path of GrowthThe good thingsI started off at FOREFRONT not intending to stay for long, but I did actually end up staying for a good amount of years. Things like perks and benefits wouldn't have been enough for me to stay for as long as I did, but I stayed because of the amount of room I was given to grow. I got ample guidance from everyone around me, regardless of whether they were my direct superiors or not, and the company always took my requests into consideration if and when I asked for things. Obviously this comes with me knowing what I can give back to the company - I think it would be ridiculous to blame any company for not giving you what you want, when your performance isn't up to par.
The challengesDuring peak seasons, the hours can be pretty demanding. But I wouldn't say that we were forced into it, because it comes back down to your own mindset of whether you'd like to take ownership of your job, or you'd prefer to think that the company OWED you work-life balance. That is something that I believe you carve for yourself.
