Not confirmed...no benefits
The challenges1. Hard to please bosses 2. Long working hours 3. Lunch period must follow strictly 4. Lots of internal politics and bickering among depts 5. Huge workloads, expect to work late everyday 6. Mgmt got high expectations despite being a junior level, not much guidance from seniors

Great Place to Start With, and Clear Path of Growth
The good thingsI started off at FOREFRONT not intending to stay for long, but I did actually end up staying for a good amount of years. Things like perks and benefits wouldn't have been enough for me to stay for as long as I did, but I stayed because of the amount of room I was given to grow. I got ample guidance from everyone around me, regardless of whether they were my direct superiors or not, and the company always took my requests into consideration if and when I asked for things. Obviously this comes with me knowing what I can give back to the company - I think it would be ridiculous to blame any company for not giving you what you want, when your performance isn't up to par.
The challengesDuring peak seasons, the hours can be pretty demanding. But I wouldn't say that we were forced into it, because it comes back down to your own mindset of whether you'd like to take ownership of your job, or you'd prefer to think that the company OWED you work-life balance. That is something that I believe you carve for yourself.

    Lack of guidance and transparency
The good thingsMost of the people there are much more helpful and supportive compared to the HODs. The only reason that'll make you stay is because of the fun people there I'd say.
The challengesI like working with many people but sometimes it's really hard to please everyone. At times, I feel like it's easier to please my clients rather than my own bosses because no matter how hard I tried to please my clients, my bosses won't be able to see the hard work and appreciate those little things I did. Also, they have REALLY high expectations in every single person in the office (including newcomers). And no, there's no such thing as work-life balance.

The challengesLonger working hours, the company values speed and entrepreneurship spirits so freeloaders may find it hard to survive
