    The challengesAs the saying " People don't leave companies, they leave managers" - bad manager. Need to work longer hours on certain period of the month. Career growth only if the manager like you.

    The challengesManagement is very dictatorship-based. No career-growth unless changing departments. No one can protect you but yourself. Be careful when signing your letter offer. They can transfer staffs away WITHOUT discretion, sympathy or empathy!

    The good thingsGreat colleague and synergy amongst us. Minimum supervision. Affiliates (Customers) treat us very nicely.
    The challengesCompany could improve on looking after their staffs better. Turnover rate is through the roof!
