    Good working environment. Supportive and helpful management team. Open to discussion. Location reachable via the BRT train services.
    The good thingsThe opportunity to work with the Malaysian and UK team. Strong leadership support from the Malaysian top management to accomplished task assignment. Good working environment, not much of office politics.
    The challengesUK management main objectives was to focus on getting daily job done. Lack of career path development, frequent ad-hoc upskill training programs, not much of planning. Not much of any vision for the malaysian customer service team.

On the other hand, even a place with great learning potential can be a nightmare to work at if it lacks fair treatment, balance, and leadership.     The challengesIf you perform well on achieving your KPI you won't be promoted as they will need you to clear all the tickets. Your salary will stay the same with an increment for 100-200 per year.
