Frenz United Football Club (FUFC) is the first and only not-for-profit Corporate Social Responsibilty (CSR) initiative focused in developing young football talents in Malaysia and Indonesia. In its effort to develop and nurture the local talents, FUFC had independently organised 2 (two) international football tournaments annually since 2012; ASEAN Champions Trophy (ACT) and Frenz International Cup (FIC) which is shown live across Asia.This year marks the 2nd edition to our ACT; which has now expanded to not only ASEAN Countries but also involving teams from wider Asia (China & India) and has now been renamed the ASIAN Champions Trophy U-16 2014, with 12 teams from 11 countries participating in a home and away league system. The tournament commenced on 17th May and with a total of 68 matches played, it will culminate on the 30th August 2014.Besides the event, Frenz United's Football Academy (FUFA) sits on 12 acres of private land in Janda Baik, Pahang. The Academy is dedicated to developing the best football players for the country. Students are offered full scholarship, which covers the costs of accommodation and board at the Academy's training centre, professional football training and coaching services, schooling at a nearby school, sporting attire, uniforms and transportation. The scholarship is for up to 5 years and will see the students through from age 13-18.
