    Toxic company. Avoid at all cost
    The good thingsFor an mnc status company, nothing is good. Almost like a black company
    The challenges 1. Pay peanuts but expect a very excellent candidate and jack of all trades. 2. No guide but expect you to do your job. Established more than 10 years old but no working instructions. Even there is manager that have little to less knowledge to operation. You basically gonna be the manager's punching bag. 3. Expect you to do overtime everyday and spend your holiday and weekend for company. No OT payment ya. 4. Super politics. You literally have to kiss up your line manager. Otherwise no matter how long or how good you're doing, you will never get promoted. 5. Almost everyone here is faking. Nice in front but talk bad at your back. They will not hesitate to throw you under the bus. 6. Incompetent and inhuman HR. They won't help you. 7. Always no budget for activities. Need to fork out your own money even for company's potluck or lunch. 8. Endless useless meeting. Cant even focus on your real tasks. 9. Give you ancient laptops which cant even render excel sheet but expect you to do job.

    The challengesLack of strong leadership, conflict avoidance from the Top Management. No team building, no team work. Everyone is doing their own business.

    The good thingsThe remunerations package and benefits are pretty good compare with other competitors in the industry. Besides, there will be comprehensive training provided for 1.5 months for new comers. For the office environment also good.

    The good thingsThe sales training is superb! It does not just make u a sales person but a professional consultant. This is how a company values their employees by providing comprehensive trainings & resources to them even before they are able to contribute to the company. What even more interesting is, they do provide trainings related to NLP which would easily cost us thousands if we were to enroll out there.
    The challengesIt's a Japanese cultured company. It's very different from western companies but nothing much to worry as you just need some time to adapt to it. Punctuality is important here!

    The challengesPlenty of SOPs to comply with and to ensure compliance to laws and policies, which are actually to the company's and staff's benefits. However, we just have to work along with those procedures in place.
