    The good thingsHelpful team members, satisfactory salary for my first job. Good medical benefits.
    The challengesLong hours, unnecessarily too strict. Making your team covering for other teams that went on for months while your pay remains the same. When an issue is addressed the team leaders just brush it off with "be thankful that we still have a job during this time" team leaders aren't very much helpful. Reason why I decided not to renew the contract. No career advancement opportunity for locals, too many foreigners.
