    Staff are well taking care by management and owner
    The good thingsStaff benefit are good. Owner and Hotel Manager always concern if the team being well take care during work. Also they organize a lot of activities for staff to participate aside from working time. Staff are being recognised for their hard work and will also receive compliment from management for good guest comments. Operation team are given an extra day off in a month as an appreciation for hard work.
