    The good thingsIt's a good place to learn as a newbie into the industry. Got lots of exposure chances (exhibition, partnership and management). The compensation and benefits are tip top.

    The good thingsEveryone helps each other no matter what department from. People openly willing to help if you have a question. The culture is great, and most of the managers are available for anything you might need.
    The challengesGot a lot of cars in the morning as situated in a busy area. It's very hard to find parking so you need to reach very early, have breakfast and then clock into office.

    Low career progression
    The good things- Work life balance - The end to end testing here are not so complicated - QA will not need to support production and UAT for my project - flexible working hour in office - Will have team lunch which only for special occasion
    The challenges- Politics happen at every floor - Developer will complain if QA test too details - U wont be able to enhance your testing knowledge skills as most of the testing it emphasise on UI testing and validation testing - Each level floor in this company will have politics - Salary wise are so so - BA , SA, and PM usually will side on dev rather than QA - Tech lead will have the rite to decide whether the issue can be fix or cannot be fix. - Chances of career progression will be lower for QA unless u are developer role

    The good thingsThere are helpful coleagues and supervisor give guidance when you are stuck. This company also provide really good benefit like medical coverage, dental/optical reimbursement, free dinner, etc. Salary is better than average market.
    The challengesNot everyone is suitable for it if you just wanna shake leg. Must do real work and produce results.
