    The good thingsEveryone helps each other no matter what department from. People openly willing to help if you have a question. The culture is great, and most of the managers are available for anything you might need.
    The challengesGot a lot of cars in the morning as situated in a busy area. It's very hard to find parking so you need to reach very early, have breakfast and then clock into office.

    Great learning experience
    The good thingsThere are helpful coleagues and supervisor give guidance when you are stuck. This company also provide really good benefit like medical coverage, dental/optical reimbursement, free dinner, etc. Salary is better than average market.
    The challengesNot everyone is suitable for it if you just wanna shake leg. Must do real work and produce results.

    Unpredictable but Got Very Good Benefits
    The good things- Company take care of you when pandemic started, let you WFH and give you laptop to do so - Fair salary and very good benefits like medical, dental, optical and even holiday claims - My boss and colleagues help me a lot so can learn fast
    The challenges- Your work quite random as can come from different teams and projects - Hard to manage time because some managers don't give clear deadline - Submit claims still manual, should have online upload.
