    Quite an eye opening experience if you don't have any in the China Region
    The good thingsThe place is ran by flexibility and less rules but that could be the good and the bad side, depending on the circumstances. The place in overall gives you a good opportunity to be exposed in the China market especially when PRC folks does behave very differently and being able to understand how the businesses shift towards their appetite.
    The challengesPerhaps application of more proper processes perhaps in governance of company policies, rights, intellectual property. The place would be an awesome grab if the company adopts the business practice form the industry on finance, procurement, HR, etc. It will be one day, just it's making small progressess

    The challengesShift rotating work as casino operate for 24 hours which is really tired sometimes. Most of the guests have no manner with bad temper. So you need to be very patient while interacting with them.
