    I'm done to be a loyal employee. No Bonus and Increment.
    The good thingsget two off days and five working days. other than that, no more.
    The challengesbenefit and perks of this company is terrible. worked almost 3-4 years but never had received any bonus and increment while the company make a good profit every month and hit the target. it become stressful and slowly demotivated when management keep pushing us to make sales but they didn't appreciate the staff.

    A fine company
    The good thingsGained a lot of experience,met exciting people, learnt new things.got to work with people from the other side of the world.exchanging knowledges and work towards company's benefits.average phase working environment, very comfortable i must say and the pay is really good.and the brand itself is getting popular.
    The challengesThe company's procedures could've been customer friendly. The differences shouldn't have been a major problem. Sometimes have to stay up late until midnight. The work is not that hard but the culture differences seem to be troublesome.overall its a fine company.
