I'm done to be a loyal employee. No Bonus and Increment.The good thingsget two off days and five working days. other than that, no more.
The challengesbenefit and perks of this company is terrible. worked almost 3-4 years but never had received any bonus and increment while the company make a good profit every month and hit the target. it become stressful and slowly demotivated when management keep pushing us to make sales but they didn't appreciate the staff.
