A very good company

The good thingsEnvironment : very good. people will not push you away if you ask anything and good teamwork work : not heavy which you still can still have your life. opportunities : you can gain a lot here as long you try to do your work diligently. benefit: guite okay for medium company. youll have bonus(depends on your contrbution to the office), medical benefit, office trip & etc. the directors here are not bosses but leaders. they will work with you not just give directions. kudos to all the directors

The challenges- just ignore the admins staff. theyll always try to find your fault. no consideration - if you change them to robot, no difference. - politics in the office. becareful with the politics

The best experience gained

The good thingsManaged to be involved in one of reknowned projects in the field today. Making the architecture work together with the client is the most enriching experience had. With great mentors, learning curve is excellent.

The challengesMedium sized setup. Therefore, resources is always a big challenge to balance it out from project to project.

A place to grow.

The good thingsThere are many knowledgeable and humble veterans to learn from here at Garis. It may be easy to get lost in the construction business, however having a good mentor here can keep you grounded, constantly learning and challenging your limits.

The challengesWork commute was a daily challenge and food variety/facilities was lacking within comfortable walking distance.
