    Good experience
    The good thingsI gain multiple experience working in this company especially in packaging. The collogues are approachable even though assign in different department.
    The challengesMy manager at that time is high tempo emotion as all of my department collogues also uncomfortable with him. The salaries also decreasing instead of increasing as the business is getting down.

    The challenges1. In my position, I am not allowed to suggest any improvements. 2. I dislike my salary. Now, salary isn’t the most important thing for me. But when you have a family, and bills to pay, items add up pretty quickly, and you easily end up with an empty bank account. 3. Colleagues attitude very bad.

    The good thingsThere is no any pressure if the works done on time. Flexible working environment. More to concentrating own job without interferences. Easy to handle objection by shipper. Convenient place to voice out. Suggestions acceptable.
    The challengesDifferent shipper with various requirements, so need to be more alert to get satisfying them without any hesitation. Replying emails & tracing shipments on time even in the peak season. Time management is very important to succeed the case.

    The good thingsI enjoy to be a multi tasker clerk and can learn many attitude of customer. We also need to clarify what item can be send or the prohibited that need requirement from sender because we just handle international shipment which is include customs from all country in the world
    The challengesThe challenges is when the item is delay at customs, we need to find the sender to confirm other requirement needed mostly about duty charges
