    The good thingsI gain multiple experience working in this company especially in packaging. The collogues are approachable even though assign in different department.
    The challengesMy manager at that time is high tempo emotion as all of my department collogues also uncomfortable with him. The salaries also decreasing instead of increasing as the business is getting down.

    The challenges1. In my position, I am not allowed to suggest any improvements. 2. I dislike my salary. Now, salary isn’t the most important thing for me. But when you have a family, and bills to pay, items add up pretty quickly, and you easily end up with an empty bank account. 3. Colleagues attitude very bad.

    Working as family!!!
    The good thingsThe bonding and relationship between each other and even the connection between higher management & lower level very close had made everyday like new day for us!!! Whenever having any problem we will try to sort it out together. We shall sit together and discuss on how to solve the problem as well as on how to overcome the same or similar issue if happen again in future. Again, the bonding between each other will make you to think twice before leave the company!!!!
    The challengesTo meet the win-win point in order to satisfy the customer as well as to ensure we can protect company's interest especially in terms of compensation or claim in which at this point customer will decide either to remain with GDEX or to switch to other courier company.
