Enjoyed working here. Due to personal reason, couldn't continue.The good thingsFlexibility arrangement for woman is great! Policies are good. Team mates are very supportive. work life balance is good. Work from option is available. Facility was great! Work place was enjoyable and friendly.
The challengesManager changed every year which made some disappointments in every year annual performance review. Need to explain and make them understand whom we are. What some manager felt good other manager felt not good.
