    Gemilang Maintenance Services Sdn Bhd (Gemilang) was incorporated on 20th August 1996 to undertake the award of the Privatisation of Building Maintenance Support Services for Federal Government Buildings in Perak, Pulau Pinang, Kedah, Perlis, for a period of 10 years + 5 years effective March 2001. We initially started as a comprehensive single source provider for government solutions. Since then, we have been involved in other facilities namely shopping complexes and institutions.
