By leveraging technology and the internet, we have forged a Virtual Employment Eco-System that enables people with different disabilities, including those with very severe disabilities, to collaborate to build a world-class company delivering online learning and support services globally.Currently 60% of Genashtim’s permanent staff are people with different physical disabilities, and 30% are refugees, working from the safety and comfort of their homes in about 25 towns/cities across 9 countries. Most of our clients are not aware that they are being served by people with disabilities.Traditionally we marketed international brands like eCornell. In the past 6 years, we have been developing our own brands in language coaching and other online support services. The revenues for our own brands have been growing at 100% annually.For what we do, we have recognition from many international organizations like UNESCAP, the ILO, The Young Presidents' Organisation, The Nippon Foundation, The International Council for Education of the Visually Impaired, and the Asia Pacific Development Centre on Disability, among other international organizations.
