    Overall is good, a place for me to grow and I have satisfaction after I completed the task given by superior. When I join, I was being told by ex-staff that the day was her last day and handover everything to me within 2 hours . It was as challenge for me. With guidance by boss and colleague, I found out it wasn’t like what in comment. I appreciate the opportunities that given to me to grow and gain new experience. I am happy to working with GENIUS.

    ~ Overall, I’m very happy working at GENIUS, Despite a few challenges, it’s a great place to grow professionally, and the positive work environment and opportunities for development are things I truly appreciate.
    The good things~ I’ve had the pleasure of working with GENIUS for 6yrs+ and have had a largely positive experience. ~ Company reward for the good performance staff, challenge for those who poor performance and attendance.
    The challenges~ Occasionally, there are communication gaps between teams, which can lead to delays or misunderstandings. More interdepartmental collaboration could streamline processes and reduce confusion.
