Working here is challenging for some, i have seen more than 50 ppl come in and out of the company (hq and factory). It say everything about the company. If you like challenge,work here,if you desire peace dont work here.

Overall is good, a place for me to grow and I have satisfaction after I completed the task given by superior. When I join, I was being told by ex-staff that the day was her last day and handover everything to me within 2 hours . It was as challenge for me.
With guidance by boss and colleague, I found out it wasn’t like what in comment.
I appreciate the opportunities that given to me to grow and gain new experience.

~ Overall, I’m very happy working at GENIUS, Despite a few challenges, it’s a great place to grow professionally, and the positive work environment and opportunities for development are things I truly appreciate.
The good things~ I’ve had the pleasure of working with GENIUS for 6yrs+ and have had a largely positive experience.
~ Company reward for the good performance staff, challenge for those who poor performance and attendance.
The challenges~ Occasionally, there are communication gaps between teams, which can lead to delays or misunderstandings. More interdepartmental collaboration could streamline processes and reduce confusion.

The challengesQC do Warehouse(qc received item from supplier also check with DO&PO) do Production(qc label & do everything) Logistic(qc loading container,lorry, van,qc sign DO, qc update container in&out, qc take photo-1project nearly 400+picture).. poor management(everyday meeting, schedule planning the worst), high turnover(you will never find experience staff here), order came in like ‘Milo Ais’(detail change everytime, nothing standard here), Too many Whatsapp group, rule by bangladesh, Job are not distributed fairly & out of qc job description.

Micromanage and work life balance
The good thingsEnjoy with colleague. All public holiday taken by company.
The challengesWork flow not systematic. Issue from management cannot resolve. Boss and sales always right. If you have your point you always wrong even you right. Micromanage, all task need to update and message also need to show to them as proof. Meeting from morning until 5.30 pm but the issue cannot solve, repeating ask the issue even you have highlighted in meeting. No response if you highlighted the issue until customer chasing, they start to find the solution and push everyone with digging down mistake by mistake. Bad experience ever! No personal accident insurance coverage, no dedicated clinic panel mentioned from HR.

The good thingsFriendly and helpful Co-Workers in Nilai Factory from other departments beside HQ TEAM . That's the only thing good here.
The challengesWorst working culture. Management team only looking and judging at your mistake but not what u had done and give to the company. Opinion and explanation is not acceptable when you are doing wrong. Boss is a "straight to the point" person and keep judging on people's mistake. Boss and always right.

Not enough time to complete work have to stay after work time or bring work to home.

We will like to clarify that the job scope for each position has been agreed by both parties and the work has been distributed fairly and equally. Overloaded with work may due to various reasons such as insufficient time incomplete job or other reasons.
There is, however, a few cases where the employees did not complete the daily work on time and when dateline has approached for submission, they will complained it as overloaded with work.
In our policy, if employees have overloaded with work, they will highlight to management to review and redistribute the job if required.
Nevertheless, we really appreciate on the review and will take necessary actions to avoid these happen.
