    Working here is challenging for some, i have seen more than 50 ppl come in and out of the company (hq and factory). It say everything about the company. If you like challenge,work here,if you desire peace dont work here.
    The good thingsFriends all nice and helpful Public holiday all take Salary and bonus okaylah Company trip okaylah Pantry and smoking time
    The challengesBoss like to macro manage Manager like cctv Bangla manager really hard to please Workflow could be better with HQ 'salah siapa' is the best blame game here.

    Micromanage and work life balance
    The good thingsEnjoy with colleague. All public holiday taken by company.
    The challengesWork flow not systematic. Issue from management cannot resolve. Boss and sales always right. If you have your point you always wrong even you right. Micromanage, all task need to update and message also need to show to them as proof. Meeting from morning until 5.30 pm but the issue cannot solve, repeating ask the issue even you have highlighted in meeting. No response if you highlighted the issue until customer chasing, they start to find the solution and push everyone with digging down mistake by mistake. Bad experience ever! No personal accident insurance coverage, no dedicated clinic panel mentioned from HR.

    The good thingsExperiance , salary , friend that all other not ok
    The challengesAlways add new task more and more. 1 position for 3 job production , qc , engineer. Not enough time to complete work have to stay after work time or bring work to home. Bos always right , u never right.
