    A Great Potential & Developing Company
    The good thingsManagement acknowledgement & awareness on team & individual contributions, eliminated incapable new joiner who initially joining the company with the intentions of more relax work load and avoid them from continually dragging the total team down. A developing Chinaman company, able to offer opportunities to all level of staff to get involved in the evolving process.
    The challengesResult oriented company, might not suitable for people who have perception that Chinaman company is easy going and not having strict requirement on their staff.

    The good thingsSome colleagues are good and friendly, just some, in a certain department.
    The challengesThey don’t care about your welfare. No reasoning here, many pretending to be leaders. A chinaman company pretending to be MNC. Literally no system, no leaders, no capability.

    The good thingsThe only good thing is once you have worked here before, any future company that you join will be heaven, because there will be nothing worse.
    The challengesNo system. Subpar amenities, facilities, and benefits. No teamwork. Lack of leadership. Lack of creativity & ideas.

    Typical chinaman culture
    The good thingsJust follow orders, go along the flow. No additional input needed. Just say yes and do whatever you are told.
    The challengesBoss is not equivalent to leader. Lack leadership, a place that produces yes-man. Fully manual work, no system available.

    Tough Indonesian owned company.
    The good thingsA regional sales manager who are willing to teach & guide staffs.
    The challengesA sales company which doesn't use any SAP or DMS system to manage distributors. Hence sales & stocks balance data is always relying on distributor to provide & the accuracy is doubtful.Always pushing for max sales even though times are bad i.e current Covid-19 pandemic. Don't accept reasons of can't hit sales target.
