    very bad & old school company
    The good thingsFree parking, but late comer need to double park & relocate car
    The challenges- whole office 3 level only got 1 microwave, and pantry just next to toilet - unisex toilet, which you need to be the cleaner every time you enter, disgusting - working hour from 830am - 630pm - RM 0.3 millage claim per km as of today, no improvement from management - no clear direction from management - always last mins task due to management style last min - bonus will issue separately during CNY & Raya, means if you get 1 month bonus 0.5 issue on CNY another 0.5 month issued on Raya - force leave during CNY, for malay & non malay workers

    Please increase Claim Mileage because staff who need to travel suffer significantly due to the current low mileage allowance.
    The good thingsBest Colleague and Amazing Manager who always helps and guides. Bonus will get on CNY and Hari Raya Aidilfitri. Bonus: don't expect to get more; it will be less than one month's salary.
    The challengesNo Challenges, Just never satisfied with Claim Mileage because it is too Low. The company does not provide a car if needed for Travel. Claim Mileage: per Kilometer Car: Rm0.30 Motor: Rm0.15

    The good thingsI think the best thing working here is my colleagues, lunchtime and rest day. I can learn alot here. My boss is also quite nice.

    The good thingsMy department’s manager considers as a good leader. It’s depends which dept you’re belong to. Gintell so far is still a caring organization to me. Surroundings got many good food at reasonable price.

    The good thingsnothing is good except some colleagues are friendly
    The challengesvery long working hours, company never appreciate & value staff, no bonus no increment, very poor product quality always need service, long waiting parts until customer scold us when visiting. cs hotline always busy and cannot reach. very stressful working here and many ppl resigning because of poor after sales service. Advise management to look into after service support operation.

    The challengesIn MCO, sales is very challenging to face to face with real customers. I wish they provide online sales class on how to attract customers to all staffs. Also hope there's panel clinic or medical insurance.

    Good place to work where you can gain knowledge about health matters
    The good thingsGintell is a company where thought me, in order to earn more, as an individual we have to work towards it no matter what since the harder you work, the more you gain. Personally, they provide me basic salary together with commission if i am able to reached my company's target.Besides, commission based salary makes me to work harder everyday since it was a "monthly" commission based target where if i am able to sell several products to costumer, i will be receiving particular commission for products which i have sold. Gladly, i am able to reached my company's target through very much excellent support from my manager who never failed to guide me whenever i approached costumer.
    The challengesHonestly, i was really glad to be one of Gintell employee despite the challenge since experience that i have gain is irreplaceable and would always utilized in way which i could implement in the nearest future.

    The challengesThe senior marketing manager do not have skills and experience to teach and must learn to find out myself. Low team spirit and messy department because of blaming from the management and when good thing will take away the praises and always last minutes. The turn over rate is very high. No parking and low benefits.

    The challengesWorking on weekend is compulsory. Allowance is below market range, the only benefit is medical claim.

    The good thingsBest working environment s and also friendly staff. Which also u best experience that meet you with all kind of people and also build ur confidence. If you’re lucky or very good worker you may be get promoted to the highest level to be a leader.
