    An amazing company that is truly people oriented even under tough circumstances.
    The good thingsLeadership is inspiring and supportive. There is a clear vision of what the company is willing to achieve. I also like the great balance between global initiatives and local initiatives. This allows me to have a great network across the globe.
    The challengesThe pressure from investors is huge (like many global corporations). It can be a little frustrating to see that our long-term strategy and our purpose (so inspiring) can be bent to please our investors.

    The challengesWhen irrelevant tasks, meeting take up most of your time , u have to work at night , is it often happened actually no work life balance , pls don’t think about apply leave it will causing your workloads and backlogs increased it will never end and No backup. Management level will be always in entertaining role play. Executive level ppl will always trying to climb up next level which follow the footsteps . If you good in sweet talks , you can climb up your next level easily.
