    Team culture is not healthyWork itself is fine, but own team leaders are very obvious bias, not work focus and alot of politics and encourage teammates to back stab each other, alot of retaliation and favoritism. Alot of referrals which encourages politics too.

    The good thingsLeadership is inspiring and supportive. There is a clear vision of what the company is willing to achieve. I also like the great balance between global initiatives and local initiatives. This allows me to have a great network across the globe.
    The challengesThe pressure from investors is huge (like many global corporations). It can be a little frustrating to see that our long-term strategy and our purpose (so inspiring) can be bent to please our investors.

    The good thingsGood salary and bonus, good employees' benefits, 21 annual leaves, standard medical and life insurance for employees and dependants, system is good.
    The challengesWorkload is heavy in the beginning. Work gets better in time, but supervisor/boss do not. A lot of reports to deal with. Too many meetings on daily basis and you are expected to finish your daily tasks as if no meetings. You will learn to figure out things by yourself cuz supervisor/boss busy with meetings and taking leaves. Be expected to be pushed into holes by your own bosses. Be expected to join calls even when you are EL or MC and by doing that, you make them proud. In summary, RUN.
