    Team culture is not healthyWork itself is fine, but own team leaders are very obvious bias, not work focus and alot of politics and encourage teammates to back stab each other, alot of retaliation and favoritism. Alot of referrals which encourages politics too.

    The good thingsEurope based company - CHF makes your salary good, but employee benefits is average.
    The challenges100% KPI - very high expectation from the management, lead to no work life balance for the employee. Need to work overtime (without pay) and work on the weekends to achieve the KPI. Employees are encouraged to take projects, on top of daily workload (that has already choked), management promised this is to improve our performance, but by the end of the day, that's all just dreams. No matter how hard we try to maintain our KPI, the increment is still below 3% Slow career path - You will be given 1001 excuses if you're having enthusiasm to move job role or to climb your path. Chances is very very low.
